Highland View offers month-to-month space rental for manufactured homes and RVs. Below are current move-in rates.

Availability is very limited. We do not keep waiting lists — spaces are first-come, first-served, and applications are honored in the order they're received (subject to qualification and approval). Applying early is to your advantage.

Space rent is based on the size of the lot, not the size of your home — for example, a single-wide home on a larger lot is charged the larger-lot rate.

Rates shown are current move-in rates and are subject to change. Annual rent increases should be expected and are capped by Oregon law (currently 6% per year). Contact our office for current availability.

Looking to buy a home here?

Homes are owned and sold by residents — Highland View rents the space, not the home. To find one for sale, drive through the community and look for “For Sale” signs, then work directly with the realtor or homeowner. Before you purchase, you must be approved through our application process.
